    • Determine quorum of members, agenda approval
      1. Motion by Christina to approve with addition of budget request for printing, second by Elizabeth. Motion passes.
    • Approval of November 15 meeting minutes  
      1. Motion by Elizabeth to approve, second by Scott. Motion passes.
    • 2022 Leadership elections
      1. Nominees: Tyler for Chair, Elizabeth for Vice-Chair
        1. Motion by Tamara to approve re-election of Tyler as Chair and Elizabeth as Vice Chair. Motion passes.
    • 2022 January retreat scheduling and format
      1. Motion by Elizabeth to move January meeting to the 31st and extend time from 5:30-9pm for annual retreat, second by Dietrich. Motion passes.
        1.  Motion by Scott to allocate $500 of 2022 budget to provide dinner at the retreat, second by Christina. Motion passes.
    • Budget overview: $134.28 balance after allocations for 2021
      1. EDIT: Consider allocating remaining 2021 funding, including unneeded balances on previous allocations, to print additional urban agriculture brochures.
        1. Motion by Sarah to use remaining funding for printing and translation of FPC materials at staff’s discretion, second by Dietrich. Motion passes.
