The Court Trustee’s Office was established in 1995 by the Judges of the Seventh Judicial Circuit to better serve the citizens of Douglas County by providing expedited enforcement of child support and maintenance orders. In addition to enforcing support and maintenance orders, the Court Trustee collects court-ordered court debts, restitution in criminal cases, and traffic cases referred to this office. The Court Trustee also administers the Douglas County Domestic Mediation Services.
