| Fairgrounds Policies | The Douglas County Commission approved a motion to repeal and replace Resolution No. 97-11 with the Douglas County Fairgrounds Guide for Fairgrounds Rentals Use, Rental Agreement, and Fee Schedule. The Commission approved it in November of 2016. A rental agreement must be signed and received in the office for every reservation. By signing the rental agreement, you are stating that you have read the guide and agreement and agree to comply to all terms set forth. |
| Applying for an Alcohol Permit | The Douglas County Fairgrounds now allows alcohol to be present at certain events. Please see the Fairgrounds Policies section for more information on the rules and regulations of possessing alcohol on the Fairgrounds. There is a non-refundable application fee of $25.00 due at the time the application is submitted. |
| Camping at the Douglas County Fairgrounds | Camping is only allowed at the Douglas County Fairgrounds in conjunction with an event. We do not offer overnight camping for travelers. There are 16 drive-thru RV camping spots available to rent for $15 dollars per hookup/per day and include a 30 amp and 50 amp hookup on asphalt milling. These are electrical only spots and do not include water. A dumping station is available at the south side of the site near electrical hookup #1. These will be rented on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please reserve in advance by calling 785-832-5296. |
