Commission Board Meeting on Tue, May 11, 2004 - 5:15 PM

Jones called the special meeting to order at 5:20 P.M. on Tuesday, May 11, 2004 with all members present. The purpose of the special meeting was to meet in executive session with the Lawrence City Commission. At 5:20 P.M., Jones made a motion that the Board recess to go into executive session for one (1) hour with the Lawrence City Commission to discuss issues related to land acquisition from Farmland. Johnson seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The Board returned to regular session at 6:20 P.M. No action was taken.

Jones made a motion to adjourn; seconded by Johnson and carried unanimously.
