The race course begins near the swimming beach, then generally follows the north shore to the west end of the dam, turns south to follow the west shore, turns east just north of the southwest arm of the lake, then follows the east shore back to the swimming beach.  The women’s race is scheduled to begin at 8:30 Saturday morning, and the men’s race is scheduled to begin at 10:30 Saturday morning, all weather permitting.

The College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) is overseeing the event.  This event is open to current NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA member institutions.  There are approximately 70 athletes registered for the race.
